Our leadership is common for both members of SANASA cooperative societies and all publics in Sri Lanka. We treat them all as members of the SANASA General Insurance company Ltd. Family. Anyone who obtains our services once becomes a member of our family. We don’t have customers. We have a very large family.
We strongly believe that the keeping our family in good quality of the life of memebrs by mitigating their risks at all stages and under all circumstances. We provide a growth platform based on performance for our staff, partners and all stakeholders. Through realization of the SANASA vision, we contribute to the development of the society by adding value to the standard of living condition of all people who are in underserved segment in Sri Lanka.
Company leaderships always think that investing on people is best way to inspire and motivate their effort toward company excellence. Always Sanasa General Insurance’s employees play a significant role in delivering our vision and mission. The workforce as at 31 December 2019 was about 315 those who are serving toward the sustainability of the Company. Leadership of the company extremely dedicated in ensuring their well-being and seek to promote a culture of work-life balance which is aptly demonstrated by lower staff turnover ratio of percent.
